职位描述
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage site logistic team.
Responsible for managing the performance of site logistic service provider and forwarder, review their performance on a regular basis and continuously improvement.
Control freight cost, reduce premium freight to meet operation target.
Develop site logistic model, optimize logistic process to provide a flexible, fast logistic service to related functions.
Responsible for import and export customs process.
Manage & maintain warehouse bonded models and processes, compliance to China government polices.
Continuous improvement projects to achieve world class warehouse operations.
Provide reports and improvement plans to operations manager.
Manage 3PL service provider with focus on KPI targets and cost reduction.
Maintain and manage all quality system and SOX requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree on engineering or business.
Good English both oral and written.
At least 5 years experience in warehouse management including experience in the bonded Free trade zone.
Experienced in the daily management of staff and workload.
2-3 Management experience in logistic area and familiar with plant operation.
