Function belongs to process: Quality management
Reporting legally to: Operation Director

General Management and Planning
·Develop and manage projects based on overall company strategy
· Supervise Quality department daily operation to be smoothly,
Ensure meet customer and marketing requirement.

Team Management
· Be responsible for recruitment, competence development and
introduction of new employees in Quality team
·Lead Quality team to achieve the targets:High quality(FPY,QA Pas
rate), High customer satisfaction and low customer complain, low
quality cost;
·Solve problems in the quality management procedure and quality
team;

Define testing plan and standard for all product in production and
NPI;
Quality assessment for new product(including
development,NPI,mass production)
In charge of MSA(Measurement System Analysis), Gauge R&R
(Repeatability&Reproducibility),DOE(Design Of Experiment), DFMEA
(Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and PFMEA (Process Failure
Mode and Effects Analysis)
QS,GMP,ISO System implement and maintain
Implement Quality Business Processes in ERP

Standards and System
Establish standards and procedures for Quality management and
Quality Team Management;
·Quality Certification System(ISO,GMP,QS,FDA,etc..) implement and
maintain;
·Define quality control plan and standard;
·Implement Quality Business Processes in ERP

Knowledge
· College degree or above, Quality management,Testing,chemical, or relate major;
· Good command of English
·> 8 years Quality management and > 3 years Quality testing working
experiences in factory, minimum 3 years in manager level
· Familiar with PPAP(Production part approval process),QFD(Quality Function
Deployment),DOE (Design Of Experiment),MSA(Measurement System
Analysis),SPC(Statistical Process Control),CPK(Complex Process Capability index),6
Sigma
· Chemical, electrical work background, experiences in e-cig and E-liquid is
preferred.
· Familiar with Micro-office software, experiences with ERP/MRP is preferred.
