职位描述
Responsibilities：
1.执行潜在供应商审核，跟踪审核并关闭不符合项；Implementation of potential supplier audit and follow-up audit till all major and minor findings close.
2.支持前期量产供应商选择；Supporting supplier selection for new component development at the early stage of project.
3.参与供应商TFC 和 合同评审Participate TFC and Contract Review meeting to identify potential supplier risks
4.按照ASM,定义CLD并执行必要的供应商过程开发审核，如供应商生产线PPAP试生产和节拍生产审核等。Responsible to define CLD according to ASM, implement necessary audit to supplier process at different phase, such as PPAP trial run, run at rate etc.
5.按照定义的频次定期跟踪供应商APQP进程，确保供应商零件开发的进度和质量满足Autoliv要求；According to defined frequency in CR to track and check supplier APQP progress and ensure supplier can meet Autoliv requirements both on component quality and on timing plan control.
6.定义供应商PPAP递交等级及内容，审核验证供应商PPAP,确保供应商PPAP正确批准； Define the level of PPAP submission and content details, perform PPAP validation and assure supplier PPAP to be approved correctly. 执行Run at Rate
7.和供应商生产早期生产遏制（AS412-IIP）Perform run at rate and early containment of supplier production as per ASM.
8.跟踪、解决前期开发过程中（直到SOP+90days）供应商产品所出现的问题。Responsible for supplier problem solving process before PPAP moves to plant.
Requirements：
1.有供应商、生产现场质量控制经验和新项目管理经验Experience in supplier and production line quality control. Experience in new project management.
2.熟悉ISO9000、QS9000、VDA6.1或TS16949质量体系Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9000 , QS 9000 VDA6.1 or TS16949
3.了解ISO14001环境管理体系及OHSAS18001职业、安全和健康体系Knowledge of environment standard ISO14001, Occupational Safety and Health standard OHSAS 18001
4.有供应商管理、评审经验Experience in supplier management and auditing.
5.熟悉APQP，FMEA，MSA，SPC、8D等质量工具Familiar with Quality Management tools such as APQP,FMEA,MSA,SPC,8D tools
6.较强分析、协调能力和团队合作精神、英语良好Good analysis, communication, team working and interpersonal skills. Good English
