Description:
The Plant Controller is accountable for manufacturing controlling of Yuhang and Hangzhou Plant including SAP costing, cost control & analysis and Plant internal control.
The position reports to the Company China FP&A Manager.
Responsibilities
1. Live the Safety stand, adhere to the safety responsibilities
Provide leadership in safe working practices, promoting safety awareness and performance for self and others in all areas of responsibility to achieve full compliance with site and company standards and guidelines.
? Lead by example in complying with OC safety standard and requirement
? Ensure all team members are safe both at work and at home
? Follow and reinforce China Finance team safety rule
Metrics
? Achieve zero team RIR score
2. Finance Controlling
2-1 Lead monthly manufacturing costing procedure
? Monitor production order settlement and lead month end raw material SAP adjustment
? Perform analytical review of cost center details to ensure correct expense cut off
? Lead SAP actual cost settlement and review current month manufacturing gain/loss
? Review monthly inventory reserve calculation to appropriately address inventory risk
? Submit Global Cost Report according to timeline required by global manufacturing team
Metrics
? Accuracy of monthly plant actual cost calculation in SAP
? Quality and timeliness of GCR report submission
2-2 Lead cost related tracking, analysis and forecast
? Lead the annual cost plan establishment and the 5QRF cost forecast update
? Perform monthly unit cost walk against forecast/plan and review key change drivers with Plant Leader
? Review plant spare parts and maintenance spending and implement control action
? Track and report data required by global manufacturing team (cash period saving, PIP, runway and etc)
Metrics
? Timely completion of Plant cost files for plan/forecast/flash consolidation
? Regular cost review meeting with Plant Leader
? Standard analysis report and clear track of cost control actions
2-3 In charge of the Plant internal control implementation
? Act as Plant internal control owner to implement OC policies and procedures
? Safeguard plant assets by leading the inventory, alloy and fixed asset physical count
? Monitor capital project execution and track CAPEX spending
? Ensure sourcing contracts are reviewed per LOA and monitor vendor payments with Accounting team
? Lead the annual SOX sign-off and submit quarterly management representation to Finance Leader

? Full compliance with LOA in terms of sourcing contract and vendor payment
? Timely completion and report of inventory, alloy and fixed asset physical count
? Pass internal audit with “Control effective” assessment
3. Finance Support
? Support China Operation Leader in analyzing manufacturing performance related KPIs
? Closely work with FP&A team in transfer price application and business scenario analysis
? Coordinate with Accounting team and Plant functions in resolving balance sheet review issues
? Lead special projects of Yuhang Plant such as toll manufacturing, new production lines…
Metrics
? Regular report of manufacturing finance data to China Operation Leader
? Effective coordination between Accounting and Plant
? Smooth execution of special projects
4. Talent Management
Perform continuous catch-up discussion with team member to provide feedback on performance and provide guidance on career development. Help team member to archive growth (e.g. through job rotation, training courses, professional certificate) and develop talents for the Finance organization.

? Talent center performance review and team development plan
Job Requirements
Educational Qualifications & Experience:
? Bachelor degree required in finance or accounting major, graduate degree preferred
? A minimum of 5 – 8 years accounting/finance experience in manufacturing environment with a minimum of 3 year experience in supervisory role
? Manufacturing costing experience is a must
Knowledge and Skills:
? Practical knowledge of ERP system; SAP experience preferred
? Proficiency in both spoken and written English
? Strong computer and analytical skill
Abilities and Personal Characteristics:
? Job commitment with integrity
? Strong leadership ability to manage team and create synergy
? Adaptability to multi task and pressure handling
? Strong leadership ability to manage team and create synergy
