Job Responsibilities

Report to the CFO, Finance Manager will prepare the monthly management account with recommendation to Management. He/She will also look after 3 staff in the section and provide guidance with training to them. the Finance Manager will:-

1) Review the monthly management account of the company with recommendation based on the performance;
2) Review the New shop opening assessment report;
3) Provide training to subordinate;
4) Formulate and implement Accounting Policy and Procedure of the Company;
5) Provide professional guidance and coaching to functional heads in handing Management accounting issues;
6) Any assignment assign by Supervisor;

Requirements

1) Degree holder with at least 8-12 years relevant experience in handling full set of account, of which 5 years or above at manager level;
2) Previous experiences gained in retail business is preferred,
3) Previous working experiences in MNC is preferred,
4) Practical working knowledge in Management Account;
5) Strong sense of responsibilities, independent, pro-active and able to work under pressure;
6) Strong communication and good presentation skills in English and Chinese (Putonghua).
