职位描述

Key Objectives
Responsible for planning, development, implementation of marketing plans and programs for Versa jet product line, marketing strategies, promotion, pricing, advertising and process improvements consistent with overall global product marketing objectives, innovate marketing/product strategies in the broad customer base.

Ensure proper implementation of marketing strategies, product life cycle management, product portfolio management, and market share improvement by working closely with Sales team and other support functions.
Job Scope and Responsibilities
Market Development
Identify the key therapy development barriers and formulate the market development strategy for Versa jet in China.
Implement the market development strategies in the target segment to ensure key growth barriers are identified and addressable.
Actively engaged in the policy formulation with KOLs and academic associations to establish a solid customer base in China
Drive Versa jet technology adoption and develop a solid development plan to address the specific growth barriers.

Product Management
Responsible for all marketing activities that support to achieve Versa jet annual sales target
Control and manage demand forecast, product supply forecast
Comply with all legal requirements, SOP and FCPA
Manage the marketing process on the proactive basis and review implementation process on the monthly basis
Develop product strategies to achieve short term and long term business objectives
Coordinate with RA/Education team to ensure timely product launch and effective education objective is met
Work closely with AWD marketing manager on the regular basis to ensure new product introduction, product registration and marketing strategies are fully aligned with overall AWD business objective in the long run.

Versajet launch in China
Develop and execute Versajet pre-launch plan and ensure Versajet technology foundation in China are established effectively.
Versajet market access plan development with AWD marketing manager.
Develop Versajet marketing plan and drive adoption process in targeted customer base
Develop Versajet product launch plan and work closely with marketing manager to ensure key product message are fully aligned
Develop and assess the product and price positioning in target segment.
Develop Versajet marketing plan and drive implementation in 2014
Work with marketing manager to build AWD product portfolio and support AWM 5 year growth aspiration.

Planning & Market Assessment
Improve significantly on the product marketing planning, product portfolio building and pricing recommendation.
Assess the market potential and competition landscape on the proactive manner to meet market dynamic change
Adopt market data driven approach to understand market dynamics, customer base and future trending of the versajet.

Product Management
Manage Versajet product life cycle, registration, branding, marketing communication to selected stakeholders.
Develop and drive product marketing strategies to address the specific product adoption barriers and work closely with the sales team
Improve product portfolio and maximize product offering to the customers in the short term, while strengthening the product portfolio in the mid to long run.

Quality
Develop the marketing process to ensure all aspects of the marketing mix are well aligned
Periodically review marketing process to ensure effective marketing deliverables
Franchise Performance Measures:
Sales & Sales growth
Gross & Net Profit
Expense ratios
Market Share

Candidate Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
At least 5 years marketing experience in the multinational Medical Device companies in China, with minimum +2 year marketing management experiences.
Bachelor’s degree, Master’s or MBA degree is desirable.
Rich experiences in medical device industry
Proven track records in marketing management, including strategic marketing planning, budget planning, product launch, and product life cycle management, pricing management, etc.
Full understanding of the value chain approach and the proper marketing process applicable to the creation and sustaining of the needs among the surgeons.
A complete understanding of the medical device market and a systematic strategic thinking capability.
Experience of work successfully and productively in a matrix environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in both written & spoken English
