？ Contribute to implement indirect sourcing strategies, rules, processes and projects in relationship with relevant groups, including: profiling a category, generating supplier portfolios, selecting qualified supplier, controlling cost, gaining business acceptance and implementation, etc.
？ be responsible for actions to be implemented for commercial China and adjust or define relevant policies and ensure full compliance with group policies;
？ Assist line manager to set economic and/or qualitative targets for each purchasing action;
？ consistently seek new areas of cost reduction, demand containment, specification optimization and value enhancement across all aspects of the business;
？ conduct purchasing projects (specification work, sourcing, negotiation, contract, coordination/ implementation) in close partnership with functional stakeholders and in accordance with indirect purchasing guidelines;
？ Assist line manager on selecting and managing performing suppliers, define KPIs, evaluate and manage supplier performance and compliance – provide expertise and support (deliverables, best practices, framework…) and standardize indirect purchasing guidelines and processes
？ Has a good understanding of basic and advanced negotiations; develops a fact-based strategy; can respond appropriately to unanticipated situations. Routinely develops creative sourcing strategies that optimize total value; Employs a variety of sourcing strategies (e.g. leverage, partnership).
REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor, Master is preferred

Licenses/Certifications
Experience At least 5 years experiences on in-direct purchasing
