The Customer Solution Engineer is an integral part of the application and FAE team. The primary responsibility of this position is
to ensure successful end customer product delivery.

Responsibility
- Bridging between customer and internal teams, work with sales, marketing and R&D to provide application support for switch & phy product lines.
- Help/train customer to understand Marvell product architecture and features, promote and demo Marvell products functionalities with Sales and Marketing.
- With technical expertise and project management skills, monitor and assist customers in all development stages of products.
- Closely follow and check customer technical issues, Provide remote or on-site troubleshooting, or refer to application teams when necessary. support customer lab/field trial, able to understand customer application environment and provide insightful advices on customer products.
- Coordinate with sales/marketing/engineering teams on project priorities, product features, software/SDK release roadmap etc to ensure best customer support.
- Help Marketing on new technology analysis and collect market requirements.


Education and Skill Required
- B.S. Degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science.
- 5+ years experience in networking products, embedded software, SoC device drivers. It is plus to have switch/router development experience.
- Understanding well networking protocols, especially protocols in layer 2 and layer 3.
- Good understanding and broad system knowledge network infrastructure of Access (xPON), Networking (routing, switch), Data Center SoC applications(ARM CPU), Qos.
- Possess great communication and cross team coordination skills, project management capability. Need to be strong technical to work with R&D team closely but also could understand business and think from customer perspective.
- Experienced in board bringing up and debugging, Strong expertise in Linux is plus..
- Good embedded development/programming experience, able to go into detail technical discussion with customer and internal R&D, and conduct write script file, basic debug at customer site.

- Good at English speaking, listen and writing will be necessary.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills and good team player
