Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Merchant Development


· To be responsible for credit card merchant development align with outsourcing qualified aggregator as well as thru self development approach

· To align with Product and segment requirement, fulfill year around CVP enhancement and seasonal card usage program

· To implement merchant development end to end process and in comply with governance framework, cover and not limited to merchant screening, Dual diligence, contract sign up , performance tracking, compliant handle.

· To fulfill risk management for both aggregator and merchant by conducting periodical review & renew

· To collect new business opportunities, market insight and competitor movement, frequent communicate with product team for further product development and innovations



Merchant Penetration


· To drive merchant usage and customer experience thru negotiate better offer and seasonal promotion

· To initiate micro-marketing event with selected merchant, increase x-sell and facilitate leads generation

· To continuously support frontline by introducing prove sales model collaborating with merchant

· To collect merchant feedback and other market insight, facilitate product CVP enhancement and test water new biz opportunity

Qualifications & Skills:

· University degree in Marketing, Sales or equivalent , with minimum 6 years working experience in banking/merchant acquiring industry

· Teamwork and hard working spirits are needed

· Local residence, have existing relationship with external counterparts

· Experience with credit products (Credit Card or Personal Loan), experience in developing privilege/installment/acquire merchants, or other biz relation based trade marketing experience preferred

· Have the excellent project plan & management skill

· Sufficient capability to own sales promotion or relationship campaign

· Good presentation / negotiation / communication skills
