Senior Online Marketing Manager - CHINA Market
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Director of Marketing, China to drive online marketing strategy for China market, and manage annual marketing budget
- Identify market segment by in-depth analysis to define communication strategy and product matrix
- Plan, manage, and execute holistic online marketing campaigns for branding and customer acquisition
- In charge of new product launch, promotion, and strategic partnership with different online platforms
- Oversee online advertising channels to maximize ROI on ad dollar spent
- Lead the retention programs for members to drive returned traffic, increase user stickiness, and convert traffic to revenue
- Hold the management role of email marketing, search marketing, and social media marketing
- In charge of website content, traffic, and on-going site optimization
- Work closely with sales and product team to improve funnel conversion and customer experience
Requirements:
- Familiar with CHINA online market scene and have in-depth understand of mainland customer's behavior
- Experienced in big-scale online acquisition campaign
- Result-driven with strong business acumen
- Analytical and very comfortable with numbers
- Experienced with ad-serving technologies, tracking system and Salesforce.com CRM system is an absolute advantage
- Able to work independently with multi-tasks
- Excellent command of BOTH written and oral Mandarin & English
