JOB OBJECTIVES:
1. This incumbent will be responsible for financial management in the site.
2. Provide actual and sufficient information and material (written and oral) to high management to ensure company’s financial and business risks are appropriately disclosed.
3. Establish and update various accounting policies and finance control policies based on government law, company’s business situation and Global requirement and follow up the implementation results.
4. Overall financial control responsibility, drive others to compliance with financial control requirement.
5. Drive the company’ KPI to meet target (such as DSO, Bad debit ratio etc).

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Review & update the credit policy leverage the business growth & internal control and support the company’s business.
2. Keep effective communication with other departments to solve problem or provide professional advices for credit/cash/inventory controls, support the company’s business growth.
3. Assist in establishing and developing company internal control policies, coordinate the implementation of internal control procedures in accounting related activities.
4. Assistant in fixed asset management and inventory management including assets account maintenance, assets physical stocktaking.
5. Production cost management, including production costing run in SAP monthly, reports related with production, material cost calculation, Overhead group review, etc.
6. Execute fixed asset management including assets account maintenance, assets physical stocktaking, establishing asset custody policy.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education: Bachelor degree or above in Finance/Economy management /Accountant or related major.
2. Work Experience: 5+ years practical experience in financial work
3. Technical & Professional Knowledge: familiar with GAAP and Chinese accounting principles and regulations, as well as local tax regulations. CPA or equivalent certificate will be preferable. Good communication skill for all levels of people, team leader, fluent spoken and good written English, good understanding of cross-cultural management style, capability in handling pressures and tasks deadline.
