1. 复印完毕的JOB在3个工作日内归档完毕；当日的正本运单在次日归档完毕，确保准确无误，并做好归档登记表；

2. 能认真仔细及时地整理好进口相关单证，并准确无误地将单证和货物信息录入电脑；
3. 及时将到货信息通知相关代理和客户,准确地按各代理收费标准做好工作联系单并将费用明细录入电脑,每月初5号前与代理核对清 楚上月的应收、应付帐目；
4. 为代理和客户提供优质的报关、报检和送货业务的服务，能有效控制服务节奏，维护好公司利益，维系好与代理和客户间的关系；及时将代理操作要求变更的信息通报给部门经理；
5. 明确工作岗位职责，熟悉进口操作流程，进口报价规则。
6. 熟悉报关流程、所需单证及费用组成，及时协调客户和报关行。
7. 及时结算，安排放货并CLOSE JOB。
8. 定期联络客户，做好客户联络笔记，维护好客户关系。
9. 认真学习和钻研业务知识、技巧，积极开拓新业务和新客户。
