职位描述
公司：一大型美资润滑油添加剂工厂（该公司为全球前三润滑油添加剂品牌之一）
职位汇报对象：工程维修部经理
Responsibilities:（工作职责）
1.Installation, Repair, and Calibration of a variety of Transmitters and Instruments (Pressure, Temperature, Flow, and Level) used in Process Manufacturing and Laboratory Areas.
2.Installation, Repair, and Calibration of Control Valves, Actuators, and pneumatic or electric positioners.
3. Maintenance, Repair, and Calibration of Electronic Scales, Process Feeder Systems and Metal Detectors.
4.Maintenance and repair of electrical systems; motors, breakers, drives, etc. 5.Troubleshoot and Test control loops, tune and calibrate controllers.
6.Configuration and repair maintenance on DCS and PLC systems.
7.Update required documentation for ISO/PSM and CMMS system as needed.
8.Work with Vendors and Suppliers to specify and procure parts or replacements.
Requirements :
Education / Certification
University degree or above in science disciplines, chemical preferred
Required Experience:
1.At least 2 years related working experience in manufacturing industry, chemical related preferred.
2.Journeyman in Electronic Instrumentation or Journeyman Electrician with electronic instrumentation /controls experience. (equivalent experience and education considered)
3.Industrial Instrumentation background and experience.
4.Experienced in DCS and PLC Hardware, Installation and Maintenance.
Technical Skills:
1.Computer proficiency in software related to the instrumentation trade.
2.Ability to work independently or as a team member.
3.Experience or knowledge of Variable Speed Motor Drives and/or Pneumatic Instrumentation a plus.
4.Take responsibility for own safety and work with minimal supervision.
5.Response to off-shift emergencies as required.
Language Skills:
Good communication skills in Mandarin and English
