工作地点(上海普陀区办公室)
Report to HR Director
Major Responsibilities:
-Responsible for collecting external and internal Human Resource information, conducting analysis and providing findings and insights regarding the employees, industry, market, competitors, and HR program effectiveness, to enrich business planning and business performance review for HR teams
-Support the annual HR planning process across different business unit to ensure full alignment of activities and budget plans.
-Support the HR Planning process (KPI, PDP,Bonus and Merit increase) across difference business unit to ensure full alignment of activities and consolidate input to establish a regional summary for cross leveling & decision purpose.
-Coordinating with HR Director to execute regular performance, compensation and recognition programs.
- Work with Finance Department to ensure HR data and reporting requirements are well aligned with their financial reports and fit for use across the company.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor and preferably Master degree in HR, Social or Environmental Science, Public Administration, English or related majors are preferred.
* At least 5 years of relevant working experience, in famous multinational national or high-tech enterprise, especially in the position of performance management, training, recruiting and human resources management
* Self-motivated, dynamic, patient and a good team player
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Aggressive, enthusiastic, tuff and able to work under pressure and well time management.
