Job Purpose
Develop and maintain good relationship with hospital administrators and pharmacists in target CHCs
Develop and deliver on hospital listing plan and achieve sales target for portfolio products of EDL Gx
Leverage distributor’s capabilities( e.g product promotion, 2nd tendering ) for hospital listing
Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the role to be achieved )
Establish the relationship with hospital administrators and decision maker to accelerate the pro-cess of portfolio listing in target territory
Working closly with commercial team and distributors to maximize the success rate of 2nd tendering and portfolio listing in target hospitals
Execute promotional activities and projects developed by the marketing team
Provide input on business model performance assessment
Background
Education : Bachelor degree or above in medical or related medicine science
Experience:
Two years experience as a Supervisor/Regional
Promotional manager
Languages: Fluent Mandarin and local dialect Fair English
Competency refer to Competency Model
A person with the following background is preferred
Minimize 3 years’ experience in MNC pharma
Working experience in local company is advantage
Hard working and disciplined
Energetic and passionate
