职位描述

Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:

1. Manage the continuous improvement activities in SuZhou factory, and successfully accomplish goals consistent with business needs and objectives.
2. Works closely with the SuZhou operation team to initiate and drive excellence in process management for purpose of productivity and cost improvement, customer service improvement and business growth.
3. Building the culture of continuous improvement in SuZhou factory with an underlying philosophy of operational excellence, defined by highest quality, shortest cycle times, and lowest cost.
4. Identifies and seeks the potential opportunities for continuous improvement, ensuring activities are aligned with key business objectives.
5. Holds PPI training to employees including PPI-Lean, PPI 8-step methods and tools, PPI case study and forum, and other CI tools.
6. Coaches and mentors PPI teams to follow PPI-Lean, PPI 8-step and proper tools, ensuring the team achieve the project goals in a certain timeline.
7. Works with Steering Committees on the PPI project planning and reporting.
8. Involves in other continuous improvement activities.
9. Performs other duties as assigned.

Educational Qualifications:
1. BS Degree
2. Fluent in English and Mandarin - both written and oral.

Experience Qualifications:

1. Minimum 4 years job experience in Lean Expert/Coach role with a multi-national company and Six Sigma GB is a plus.
2. High energy, results-oriented, effective communicator with a collaborative and disciplined approach to problem solving. Capable to manage multiple priorities.
3. Demonstrated ability to independently take ownership of initiatives and drive execution through team and in a matrix reporting environment.
4. Demonstrated analytical thinker with a strong financial aptitude to drive results in a disciplined and methodical manner.
5. Open to flexible working hours and domestic/international travel.
6. A strong change agent and good leader in demonstrating and promoting change
7. Good facilitation skills.
8. Good project management skills.
9. Good inter-personal skills.
