1 Manufacturing Process Engineer- Grinding
Report to Manufacturing Engineering Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Design grinding process
Create process data sheet for grinding process
Prepare and maintain NC program.
Grinding cost improvement and release
Design the fixtures and define the grinding wheel specification.
Support the preparation of FMEA, CP, OP sheet and work instruction etc.
Competencies
Good communication
Be able to influence the team with the strong technical background
Achieve the project with creative ideas
Deep understanding and rich experience on grinding process and fixtures
Cooperative team player
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor degree or above
Major in mechanical design, mechanical manufacturing or mechanical automation
More than 4 years' working experience in grinding manufacturing area.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Deep understanding on grinding process including centerless grinding, external grinding and internal grinding.
Good experience in NC program for grinding process(Fanuc or Siemens system)
Good AutoCAD/ProE/UG skills
Basic program management
Machine and equipment release
Good English
MS office

Create process data sheet for cutting process
Prepare and maintain NC program on MC.
Cutting tools improvement and release
Cutting tools management
Support the preparation of FMEA, CP, OP sheet and work instruction etc.

Deep understanding and rich experience on cutting process and tools

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor degree or above

Specific Equipment / Tool Experience:
Knowing Okuma machines or cutting tools' design is a plus.



1 Manufacturing Process Engineer- Washing & Packing Solution
Report to Manufacturing Engineering Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Be responsible of all washing process in machining and assembly.
Create the manufacturing engineering documentations (P-FMEA, Control Plan, Work instruction, Operation sheet and Process data.) for washing and packing.
Create and maintain packing BOM.
Prepare the specification and the requirement of washing and support the machine recruitment.
Design washing trays and fixtures.
Lead the cleanliness improvement project.
Approve the packing and the transportation solution of finished components from the supplier.

Self-motivation
Education and/or Experience:
College degree or above
Major in chemical engineering or mechanical engineering
>3 years' experience in mechanical manufacturing production area
Working for washing process is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Basic understanding the washing process and packing process.
AutoCad or inventor or ProE
MS office
Good English ability on both speaking and writing



1 Plant Quality Coordinator for SPC & MSA
Report to Manufacturing Engineering Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Set up SPC system for the manufacturing area.
Collect the data and generate the SPC report.
Arrange the regular meeting with manufacturing engineers and supervisors.
Create the following action list and track the results.
Monitor the machine capability for the long run and provide the data for TPM activities.
Set up MSA system in the manufacturing area.
Define and implement the MSA annual plan.
Support the upgrade and the maintenance of measuring systems used in the workshop.
Provide the MSA annual report.
Competencies

Deep understanding and rich experience on SPC and MSA

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor degree or above
