职位:Global- Virtualization Specialist
系统架构设计师,网站架构设计师

Job descriptions:
-Design, implementation, management, and top-level support for the following technologies: Citrix MPS 4.0, Citrix Xenapp 6.5, MS Windows Terminal Server 2003 / 2008R2, VMware ESX 4.x and 5.x, HP thin clients, EMC SAN infrastructure, MS SQL Server.
-Under the guidance of the Global Virtualization Manager, work with the team to develop global strategy and design for new and existing virtualization solutions.
-Develop best practice guidelines, documentation, and IT staff training where appropriate.
-Level 3 support and vendor engagement as it relates to virtualization solutions in use or being developed for the company.
-This person will be a direct report to the Global Virtualization Manager.



Requirements:
-University Degree, preferably in an IT, IS, or Computer Science
-5+ years working experience in IT
-Highly proficient in both verbal and written English.
-Ability to travel occasionally both in-country and over-seas.
-Willingness to work off-hours and extended hours on occasion.
-Proven ability to work independently with limited day-to-day supervision.
-Experience leading technical discussions and training sessions for colleagues and junior level technical staff.
-Experience interfacing with management and internal customers at all organizational levels.


Technical Requirements:
-Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing Citrix Xenapp in a large enterprise class server based computing environment required.
-Experience with thin client server based computing required.
-Experience with virtualization platforms strongly desired.
-Experience with application packaging and virtualization strongly desired.
-Minimum of 1 year experience working with VMware ESX 4.x / 5.x preferred, but not essential.
-Knowledge of SAN architecture and experience with SAN administration, preferred, but not essential.
-Experience with enterprise class datacenter concepts as they relate to infrastructure management and deployment.
One or more of the following skills is a plus: desktop engineering, scripting, Windows security, AD group policy, Linux, SQL Server, performance management, project management, requirements gathering, change management, root cause analysis and structured problem resolution.
-CCA Certification preferred
-Other certifications such as VCP or MCSE are a plus.

- 领导或参与全球项目的规划及实施(VMware + AD + File Server + Citrix + Lotus + Backup Solution)；
- 配置,管理及维护亚太地区VMware ESX Servers, Citrix XenApp Servers, Windows Server及其相关服务(AD, DNS, DHCP, File/Printer Server等)；
