Brief Summary of Duties

1.Lead the Production team to meet the company goals of for costreduction, delivery performance, quality, efficiency, inventory control andsales turnover
2.Responsible for the performance in planning, store, and shop floor.
3.Employee selection, training, development, supervision, morale and retention.

Brief Outline of Type of Person Required:
Age Range
28-40 years old

Experience
1.Above 8 years experience, and 3 years experience of Production Manager in overseas company at least.
2.Experience of ERP system
3.Experience of sheet metal industry is preferable

Qualifications:
Above bachelor degree

Other requirements
Fluent in spoken and writing English
Proactive. Excellent skills of leadership, communication, and team work.
