Summary

？ 工作地点：镇江，新建工厂

？ 英文流利，汇报给GM（西班牙人）

？ 设备维修管理经验丰富（懂电镀，冲压工艺）

Main Duties :

？ Reporting directly to Plant Manager, will be responsible for the coordination of the corrective and preventive maintenance activities, responsible for maintaining and improving the safety protections of the equipments and maintaining the equipments good order and cleanliness.

？ Work with the Engineering department and Plant manager to continuously improve the equipment efficiency.

？ Conducts employee performance reviews based on job descriptions to determine competency, knowledge, and contribution of the maintenance technicians.

？ Create and maintain Preventive Maintenance Program.

？ Ensures that all maintenance technicians are trained on the most updated version of the operating procedures.

？ Maintains safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.

？ Coordinates activities with Plant Operations Departments.

？ Monitors the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary.

Other Requirements :

？ Team player with ownership and self motivation..

？ Good English skill is mandatory.

Experience working in multinational is desirable.
