Duties & Responsibilities
Ø Develop the quality plan and supervise the product quality in new project;
Ø Conduct to prepare the PPAP package and apply for approve on time
Ø Quality control and lead the team to handle the process quality issues.
Ø Conduct the product audit, process audit and prepare the external audit and tracking improvement.
Ø Non-conformity product statistics, analysis, isolation and management.
Ø Process capability analysis and process continuous improvement
Ø Establish regular customer complaints summary and report to management team
Ø Customer special quality knowledge and quality sense training
Ø Other relevant tasks arranged by superiors for achieving company’s objectives.


Personal Specifications
Bachelor Degree in Engineering discipline
Ø Minimum 4 years’ experience in auto industrial with at least 2 years in supervisor position.
Ø Good knowledge in TS16494 and familiar with OEM’s special requirements, such as QSB、Formel-Q etc.
Ø Skilled in communication and coordination and Team player, able to focus organizational efforts.
Ø Problem solving skills and familiar with quality tools, such as 5 Core tools and 8D, 3*5 why etc.
Ø Good team-playing spirits
Ø Fluent English in read and speak
