1. Implement and improve recruiting procedures, Recruit in time according to company’s hire plan & KPI.

2. Maintain and develop effective recruitment channel, Make good connection with the Out-sourcing company and headhunter firms. Organize the campus recruitment yearly.

维护和开发有效的招聘渠道，维护派遣公司和猎头公司关系，组织年度校园招聘。

3. Responsible for the whole on board process, Finalize and Update the Job Description of each position.

负责整个入职流程。完成并更新各职位的岗位说明书。

4. Communicate with HODs regularly, analysis the correct manpower requirement and the reason of turnover. Provide continuous improvement suggestion.

与各部门主管定期沟通，分析人才需求和员工离职的原因。做出持续的改善建议。

5. Develop training plan & coordinate all training activities as per the ISO requirements.

制定培训计划，根据ISO 要求组织培训活动。

6. Update Monthly report and Weekly hire plan regularly.

定期更新月报和周招聘报告。

7. Run HRM System, Export the monthly attendance record，Eleave, Payroll.

维护人力资源系统，导出月度考勤记录，计算月薪资。

8. Update knowledge of local law， to avoid related legal risk.

更新当地法律法规的知识，以避免相关的法律风险。

9. Responsible for build a friendly labor relation. Also can hand the Dispute procedures.

建立友好的劳动关系，同时能处理劳动纠纷。

10. Work with Xiamen HR staff to ensure HR practices are in compliance to corporate policies and governmental regulations;

与厦门的人力资源人员合作，确保人力资源的操作与相关政策和政府规定一致。

11. Assist to organize the annual party or other big activity. 协助组织年会及重大活动。
12. Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

主管分派的其他任务。

13. Maintain employee data base and employee personal file.

维护员工资料及整理员工档案。

14. Organize evaluation for all employees.

组织员工的转正，绩效评估。

15. Submit information of employee on board and resignation to labor bureau.

员工入离职的政府部门备案。

16. Responsible for employee annual health check.

组织员工的年度体检。

Job Requirement:

1. Degree or Diploma in HRM

2. At least 2 years related work experience, and above 1 year experience at recruitment function.

3. Good communication skills, Good teamwork spirit.

4. Be familiar with local recruiting policies and local law;
