Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
? Take the leadership to project HSE management and quality assurance in compliance with WorleyParsons and client requirement
? To direct all the project phases including engineering(FEED,BEP,DED, cost estimate), procurement, construction and project handover;
? To define project tasks and resource requirement and facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
? To develop full scale project schedule and allocate project resource to meet the requirement
? Effectively manage WorleyParsons/Client contract.
? With decent communication skill to maintain the good relationship with client, the 3rd party and local authority
? constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
? Identify project risks and opportunities and maintain the risk management focus throughout the project duration.

Education/competency requirment
? BA degree minimum major in mechanical or process
? Minimum 8 years chemical related project management experience, strong capabilities on management of E/P/C;
? Strong and tested project management skills, including sponsor and risk management
? Team player with excellent leadership and communication (written and oral presentation) skills
? Computer skill: Microsoft office, outlook
? Fluent in reading, writing, listening and speaking in English.
