职位描述
To be in charge of the day-to-day operations of the HR department to fulfill HR duties
In charge of all HR related functions, including recruitment and staffing, retention, performance appraisal, C&B system and administration, training and staff development
Maintain organization chart and participate in the development/design of job descriptions. Maintain an update system and communication vehicle
To keep good record of all staff related matters and to prepare the necessary periodically reports, HR metrics, exit interview report, training needs survey and analysis, PEAR analysis, etc.
Identify issues and concerns and make recommendation for improvement, advice and counsel senior management on employee climate and morale
Keep abreast on changes of HR related legislation and updates of respective offices, eg. employment ordinance, taxation legislation, etc. Keep knowledgeable of all employment and labor related laws and provide advice to managers
Responsible for general correspondence, employment visa process & documentation, employment contracts, reference letters, warning letters, etc and maintain a system to file and update records
Assist department members with a variety of project-related activities in all key functions
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above.
Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, HRBP experience is preferred.
In-depth HR knowledge across functions.
Good communication skills, problem solving skills,
Good interpersonal and organization skills, self-driven, has business acumen.
A trustworthy person of integrity.
Good language ability in Chinese and English.
