Purpose of the position:
Coordinate with countries across North Asia to perform a variety of day-to-day administrative Human Resource Information System (HRIS) functions ensuring data integrity and the processing and reporting of HR data across North Asia. Handle problems and non-routine situations by determining the approach or action to take and interprets global HRIS guidelines, procedures, policies, and practices. Responsible for HRIS systems, Identify, evaluate, and develop systems to meet user requirements. Provide consultation to employees on system. Support on data management.
Key Tasks:
? Provide day to day data management support, provide end-user support on applications of system.
? Keep close monitoring of completion and run out Sharp Audit report to check the data quality
? Act as local administrator of HR information systems, train the users if necessary or requested, Informs users about HRIS functionalities, rules and changes.
? Provide technical support to various users for any queries on HR systems.
? Prepare regular / ad hoc HR management reports to serve the request of internal / external customers.
? Participate and assist in various projects, such as system enhancement & launch of new HR systems.
? Sharing knowledge about the user documents (e.g. training materials, user guides, demos).
? Provide regular updates on all projects currently being managed as well as process operational metrics
? Respond to problems and questions, ensure that issues are resolved.
Skills & Competencies:
? Ability for systematic and rational analysis to identify the root cause of problems
? Capable to generate creative ideas/solutions
? Ability to coordinate efforts/resources within and across boundaries to deliver goals
? Ability to work with different cultures and to manage cross functional interfaces
? High priority for teamwork
? Ready to take personal accountability for achieving individual and shared goals
? Ability to set robust plans well in advance and to initiate action to move projects forward
? Planning & Organizing (Ability to prioritize, plan, assign & control)
? Time management (monitoring performance against deadlines and milestones)
? Integrity, authentic, approachable, open and honest
Educational background / Work experience:
?Diploma / Bachelor’s degree
?Strong background related to HRIS/ERP implementations
?Project management and consulting experience is preferable
?Excellent communication skills, strong analytical/problem-solving skills, self-motivated and attention to details
