职位描述
Purpose of the position
Responsible for securing new business from the targeted & existing global/regional accounts in line with regional and corporate guidelines
Assist in business maintenance and growth with existing CKA/ A-Account / Chinese MNC
Provide input and support to the tender management team for the handling of Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) (sponsorship)
Acquire market intelligence within Manufacturing Industry Vertical for internal best practice sharing
Key Tasks
Establish, maintain and develop profitable business relationships with global / area target accounts to achieve targeted sales growth at a rate and profit margin consistent with the group targets
Participate in the Tender Management process as the sponsor by providing account and market intelligence to support the pricing and service offerings
Maintain CRM in line with global/regional standards
Scans the industry vertical market for potential new global target accounts and areas target accounts. Actively identify targets, assists local sales in sales approach with the targets, actively monitor the developments of the targets
Monthly review with country head of (industrial Vertical) on the targets and the industry verticals development
In responsible for the customer SOP
Develops and enhances industry vertical expertise and knowledge, including supply chain management
Assist the Areas and BU sales in developing of the industrial verticals
Requirements
Industry Knowledge
Expertise and professionalism in customer contacts and sales, understanding of customer requirements, analysis and resolution of problems and complaints
Basic business administration competence.
Functional experience in air / sea / logistics / SCM / IT customer solutions.
Knowledge of PA core vertical industries
Complete understanding of PA (strategy and products)
Deep market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers, overall environment).
In depth industry vertical knowledge
Knowledge and experience with Cool Chain and Dangerous Good handling
Skills & Competencies
Excellence communicator (verbal, written, Listening and presentation( skills required
Analytical and processes skills (creativity/flexibility/strategic thinking)
Strong network and relationship building capabilities
Must be able to sell and close a sale by effectively negotiation with the decision makers to maintain and expand business opportunities
Ability to define problem, analyse facts and determine valid solution to resolve the issues
Proactice self starter, able to work in a matrix structure in support of the country organizations
International mindset
Sales oriented. A natural hunter
Organizational skills (prioritize, plan, assign, collaborate and control).
Educational background / Work experience
Higher educational level (Business administration / commercial background)
Working experience (10 years), must have at least 5-6 years in Sales and marketing
Relevant industry and forwarding (minimum 6 years)
Greater China knowledge
Language skills
Fluent in English, and Mandarin
