Responsibilities:

1. Owner of the assigned key OEM accounts and local OEM accounts;

2. Maintain and develop AL’s leading presence in the assigned accounts;

3. Map sales potential by the customer’s product lines and build up project pipelines accordingly;

4. Initiate, follow up, and close projects in the pipelines list;

5. Be the preferred supplier partner in front of the customers’ R&D, supply chain, and buyer people;

6. Conduct and ensure smooth prototype tests in the customers with support from central segment’s application team;

7. Negotiate and maintain price agreement and supply agreement with the customers;

8. With support by inside sales (sales centre), leading role in supply, credit, AR and claim management relevant with the customers;

9. Prepare sales plan and implement the plan;

10. Deliver the agreed volume target.

Knowledge:

Refrigeration engineering degree (required).

Skills:

1. Fluent written and spoken English (required).

2. At least familiar with chiller or refrigeration system design & assembly process

3. Better to have R&D or engineering experience with chiller or refrigeration system design & assembly process, and have experience in leading & closing at least one chiller or refrigeration project

4. Communication and convincing people
