Responsibilities & Main Tasks:

• Design and test analog and digital signal conditioning, microprocessor interface, communication and control circuits and related Software for laboratory products.
• Write design and specification documents, test plans, and progress reports.
• Document designs using CAD schematic capture software, including layout and routing.
• Perform design Reviews. Test & verify against specs and standards. Create reports.
• Work with technicians, software developers, manufacturers and consultant staff as needed. Coordinate internal and external activities.
• Ensure design is optimized for global manufacturing
• Provide support to technical support staff.

Education and Qualification:

• Minimum BSEE or similar with 6 years of electronics design experience.
• Chinese native preferred, but good command of English mandatory

Knowledge and Experience:

• Above 6 years of relevant working experience
• A high level of technological, scientific and mathematical skill is essential. Desirable analog design experience
  includes power supply, signal conditioning, filters, ADC and DAC circuits. Desirable digital design experience includes microprocessor interface to logic and memory, control with PLD and PGA devices, synchronous serial
  communication. Experience with mixed signal design and schematic capture is required. Experience with PCB fabrication specification and layout is valuable.
• A basic understanding of and experience in Software design are essential
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills are essential.
• Proficient computer skills and in-depth
  knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite and PCBA design, layout and simulation.
• Knowledge of local and international standards, standard practices and procedures is essential.
