- 客户端商业广告设计与市场类型的网页网站设计、制作和维护
- 负责设计团队的整体技术培训与提升

任职要求：
- 大专以上学历
- 3年以上网页设计制作经验
- 有扎实的美术功底，活跃的设计思路
- 能准确理解需求，有独特创意和灵活的艺术表现力，擅长商业设计
- 对网页设计的艺术性和功能性有较深理解
- 能熟练应用Photoshop,Flash ,Illustrator等相关设计制作软件
- 工作主动热情，有责任心，学习能力强
- 有良好的沟通能力和团队意识,能承受较大的工作压力
