职位描述：

1、独立完成校园招聘项目的统筹实施，以项目的客户满意度为导向；

2、负责项目在内外部的沟通，任务下达及反馈，解决项目执行过程中

的突发事件；

3、制作控制项目预算，降低项目成本；

4、协同PM售卖，负责执行方案的制作或项目执行数据统计分析等；

5、安排分配落地执行同事完成宣讲会、笔面试等执行工作；

6、协助提供产品修改、执行流程改善意见，共同提高产品、服务竞争力。

7、执行上级安排的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、 大专及以上学历；

2、 3年以上招聘相关工作经验；

3、 有较强的承压能力，思维活跃，执行力强；

4、 有统筹实施大型招聘项目经验者优先；

5、 英语流利者优先。
