职位描述
1.确保培训区相关的支持流程(例如交通、接待、行政等)和基础设施如餐厅、办公和培训区域、住宿、培训设备等正常的运行。
2.编制所有后勤支持,如行政、接待、交通、住宿及餐厅服务等的操作指南和流程。
3.确保行政和培训后勤在成本效益和有效性的方式下进行。
4. 积极协助企业内良好的沟通系统。
5.寻找和管理服务供应商,保质、保量和确保服务的成本。
6.寻找、购买和管理办公和培训设备。
7. 关注ITS的健康与安全问题和培训中心的环境和属性。
8. 管理所有大楼的相关事务(如安全、钥匙等)。
9.给客户提供尽可能好的服务。
10. 管理和开发团队成员。
11.遵循公司制定的各级政策和流程。
12.在公司的方针下使用公司的工具和资源。
13.根据安全管理系统的要求,遵守公司所有的安全政策,流程和工作指导书并按照安全手册的要求履行他/她的相关责任,以保护他/她和同事的安全。
14.上级安排的其他任务。
任职要求:
教育程度(学历、专业):本科学历,行政管理专业或具有相关教育背景
工作经验(最少工作年限
和工作经验):至少2-3年在后勤和行政的工作经验;
在餐饮业和酒店业具有丰富的工作经验
外语能力:流利的英语口语和书面表达能力
计算机技能:良好的电脑操作能力
其他特殊技能:良好的沟通和表达能力

1.Ensure the proper operations related to the supporting processes (transportation, reception, administration, hospitality etc.) of SEED Campus and infrastructure such as canteen, office and training area, accommodation, training equipment but not limited to this
2.Develop the operation guidelines and procedures for all logistics support such as administration, reception, transportation, accommodation and catering service for customers.
3.Ensure office and training logistics are running in a effective and cost-efficient way.
4.Actively assist with good communication systems within the business
5.Source and manage service providers (e.g. food, security, cleaning etc.) to ensure quality, quantity and cost of services
6.Source, purchase and administer office and training equipment, accommodation goods, food, beverage etc.
7.Take care of the health and safety issues for ITS and SEED Campus environment and properties.
8.Administer all building related issues (e.g. security, keys, maintenance etc.)
9.Providing the best possible service and entertainment for our customers.
10.Manage and develop team members
11. Ensure compliance at all levels of company policies and procedures.
12. Ensure compliance and use of company tools and resources within guidelines.
13. Follow all safety policies, procedures and work instructions according to the safety management system and fulfill his/her responsibilities as stated in the safety manual so as to protect the safety of himself/herself and fellow colleagues.
14. Other assignments from direct superior.
Education (Degree, major) :Bachelor degree, major in administration management or related education background.
Working Experience (minimum working year & experience):Have at least 2-3 experience years in administration and logistics;
Possess solid working knowledge of all aspects of the catering and accommodation industry
Language:Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Office skills:Good computer skills
Other specific skills:Good communication and presentation skills
