职位描述
- Assist IT Applications Manager to lead cross-regional Field applications development and implementation projects
- Analysis business requirements and prepare project documentation for each project including but not limited to:
o Project Charter
o Business Requirements
o Functional Specification
o Test Plans (Unit/Integration)
o Project Schedule
o Deployment and Package Documentation
- Help to maintain, upgrade, and support existing or new web applications
- facilitate / lead discussion about business requirements with respective business users/owners
- create and present proposals and requirements for new web applications
- draft new web applications mockup and provide for client, end user, and peer review
- implement new web applications using appropriate web application development technologies
- Performs system testing and reviews. Provide business analysis and system development guidance to the Field & General development team.
- respond appropriately to all requests for information by company staff timely and/or escalate accordingly
Skills Required:
Combined 4-5 years of business analysis experience with the following skills:
- Empirical and Analytical. Customer focused. Able to present and articulate business requirements and functional specifications clearly.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills suited to working within a decentralized matrix management structure.
- Strong understanding in web application architecture, web site design, web site maintenance, and web content maintenance.
- Preferably has led an ERP deployment or been primarily responsible for an ERP system's management in an organization.
- Project Management experience and training, PMP certification is a plus.
- Fluent in English. Excellent oral and written, technical and non-technical communication and presentation skills required
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth corporate environment
