职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Ensure effective external communications via ads design and distribution, press release, feature article, press interview, etc.
2.Foster media relationship, and research, monitor and analyze regular media feedback.
3.Develop, produce, and distribute marketing materials to AP regions such as brochures, promotion materials, give aways, and etc.
4.Develop and coordinate with internal IT and vendor for E-marketing tools including websites,intranet and etc.
5.Ensure effective internal communications via newsflash (2-3 issues/week, EN/CN versions),
newsletters (quarterly, PDF/HTML versions), best practice sharing, corporate presentations,reference lists, pressclipping, signage tools.
6.Provide branding & signage guidelines and support to China field and AP field
7.Conduct reports to TKE HQ such as monthly C&M report, safety communication report, competitor's advertisement campaign, etc.
8.Coordinate with field/plants for communication/marketing info collection, e.g.annual report, exhibition/fair
info, TK Best, IdeaPlus, etc.
9.Maintain image, publications, multimedia and other document filing and library Skills , Qualifications
Competencies and Experience
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above (major in English, journalism, etc.).
2 to 2 years communication/marketing experience with multi-national company or media firms, especially,
skilled in writing English news/press.
3.Be an excellent communicator in English and Local Languages. (CET-6 above)
4.Have exceptional interpersonal and presentations skills.
5.Strong communicaton skills
6.command art design sense/knowledge; website construction a plus
7.Be capable of working with multi-task and meet deadline
8.Be sensitive, resourceful and efficient in liaising with external marketing and public relations agencies.
