Education (Degree, major) :Bachelor or Master
Working Experience (minimum working year & experience):At least 1 year working experience
Knowledge of elevators and escalators parts or background of customer service is plus

Language:Good command of English; knowledge of German is plus
Office skills:Good command of Ms Office, esp. PowerPoint, Excel
Other specific skills:Good communication skill and team work
