职位描述
ROLE PURPOSE:
In charge of the site HR and Administration function.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-To be responsible for the full spectrum of general human resource and administration function including compensation & benefits, recruitment, training & development, administrative issues, etc.
-To implement and execute HR policies and practices as per guidelines from corporate headquarters.
-To provide professional HR advice as per the local policies.
-To draft and implement HR strategy so as to meet up the business strategy development target;
-To lead the HR team and build up the competency and provide satisfactory service to all departments and outside customers;
-To perform adhoc projects as needed and provide HR and Admin support on issues.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Essential Skills / Attitude
-Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, English or related discipline. MBA a plus;
-Minimum 12 years relevant experience, of which at least 5 years in a manager and above level, preferably gained from sizable organizations & manufacturing fields. Experience in semi conduct or electronic industry a plus;
-Proven track record in managing HR operations in PRC manufacturing environment;
-Effective communication, presentation, interpersonal, facilitation & people management skills;
-Well versed with PRC labor law. Knowledge of HK labor issues a plus;
-High level of initiative & energy in policy implementation and sound competencies in HR management
-Excellent command of both spoken and written English;
