We are looking for software design engineers to work with Ericsson industry-leading SGSN-MME/SPP product and Packet Core Network as such.

As a hardware Design Engineer, you will develop or modify the products to meet the customer's requirements as well as fulfill the business requirements on cost, time and quality.

- Carry out the assigned tasks and report progress to manager and project manager.
- Define implementation proposal of product and carry out solution analysis
- To be interface between SW and HW, drive and follow up HW issues. Resolve customer troubles together with DM team.
- HW Quality control through the product development phase and maintenance phase.
- Support software integration and system integration.

Qualifications

- Master degree in EE, communication and Information system, control system, etc.

- Strong knowledge of Communication systems,
·Transmission networks (SDH, Metro Ethernet etc)
·Access technologies (PDH etc)
·IP Access Aggregation (Ethernet Switching, Routing, QoS etc)

- At least 3 years' experience in HW circuit design, working in PDH, SDH and Ethernet area.
- Knowledge on PMC/Wintegra chipset will be a plus
- Good knowledge on embedded system
- Leadership capability
- Good communication skills and social ability.
- Strong teamwork and dedication spirit
- Quick to learn and adapt
- Creative thinking and problem resolving ability.
- Fluent English in speaking and writing
