Job Description

1. Receive and pay cash, cheque and bank draft, record in bookkeeping.

2 Review reimbursement and arrange payment by E-bank

3 Foreign exchange declaration and arrange foreign exchange payment

4 Deal with bank draft discounting

5 Prepare documents for loans renewal and annual inspection

6 Open and close the bank accounts, change signatures of bank account

7 Compile weekly and monthly payment and loans report

8 Collect and file bank-related documents and service contract

9 Other issues required by the manager

Requirements

1 College degree or above,accounting is preferred

2 Be familiar with excel,word

3 Strong in communication and interpersonal skills

4 Fluent English both oral and written
