职位描述

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

? Supervise legal document drafting, tracking, and filing.
? Create, maintain and update legal department templates, precedents, documents and forms.
? Manage contract and other legal document request process including reviewing forms, coordinating sign-off and tracking through to execution and distribution.
? Manage administrative aspects of the FCPA approval process.
? Coordinate various requests from other departments for support from the legal department.
? Coordinate legal department meetings.
? Support General Counsel with the legal department budget process
? Handled various legal admin issues.
? Support and manage legal vendor payments.
? Provide admin support to General Counsel.
? Prepare status and process reports used within the legal department.
? Assist in special projects as may be directed by the General Counsel.
? Assist and train in document preparation systems including word processing, PowerPoint and other applications.
? Manage office "chopping"(affixing company seals) process
? Secretarial support as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

? Knowledge of legal work processes and standards
? Good communication skills
? Good computer skills
? Detail oriented
? Being organized, hardworking, efficient, proactive, responsive and creative

EXPERIENCE NEEDED

? Working experience in a law firm or corporate legal department for at least three years
? Senior legal secretarial or legal assistant/paralegal experience of no less than three years
? Experience coordinating work flow in a legal firm or legal department
? Experience providing administrative training in a legal department or similar environment.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND REQUIRED

? Bachelor degree required
? Legal degree desired
? Legal qualification helpful
