职位描述
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Drive direction and strategy for Demand Generation, including development of lead generation programs, implementation and telemarketing/qualification, lead management process in Salesforce.com, campaign and KPI reporting with demonstrated ROI.
2.Provide organizational leadership in the development and execution of Marketing Communications campaigns to reach prospective customers, and current customers that: build Kollmorgen brand, drive response, educate on core values, and capabilities.
3.Drive campaigns through multiple electronic media, including email, website, micro-sites, social marketing, blogs, forums, RSS, and any new technology that develops. Oversee and maintain the use of web portals to strengthen information sharing, community building, and engagement internally and externally.
4.Develop and manage promotional events and trade show presence to achieve strategic and business development goals. Develop processes and metrics to ensure the highest level of return on company objectives and investment at events.
5.Interact constructively and provide vision and leadership to sales teams and product teams in the development of selling tools and programs that assist sellers in moving through the sales process -from prospecting to closing the sale and post sale follow-up.
6.Support Marketing Communications/co-branding efforts of distributor partners as needed.
7.Support internal company communications as needed.
8.Manage and maintain brand standards, templates and tools.
9.Manage, develop and maintain relationships with marketing vendors
10.Manage MarCom budget, including processing invoices, tracking expenses and monthly forecasts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1.Collaborative, supportive, team-based thinking, and ability to establish and maintain a leadership role
2.Detailed Project Management experience within complex projects, and ability to be extremely focused and organized
3.High level of capability and experience in delivering results in a rapidly changing and intense environment
4.Extensive electronic marketing experience, including a deep understanding of Web 2.0 technologies and tools
5.Up-to-date understanding of web marketing concepts, practices, programs, online marketing strategy and analytics including web administration, design, and electronic marketing tools
6.Knowledge of business fundamentals, engineering concepts, and the sales process
7.Experience in database marketing and CRM utilization (a background in Salesforce.com is a plus)
8.Advanced communications skills-formal and informal presentations (written and verbal)
9.Ability to craft and execute value-based messages for the market
10.Knowledge of online business metrics/scorecards, campaign analysis, experimental design, segmentation solutions, modeling applications, media evaluation, forecasting and financial calculations (ROI), etc.
11.Process oriented and systems thinking
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
1.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related
2.Minimum of five years experience in industry marketing field
3.Strong message drafting and message control skills in both Chinese and English
4.Experience at digital marketing (includes Website, e-promotions, SEO/PPC, social media marketing, etc.)
5.Experience at Public Relationship management and promotions.
6.Open-minded, good team communication skill and capable to drive leadership conversation
7.Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) as well as Microsoft Office tools
