职位描述
1. 职位目的Position Purpose
- 支持区域总监、区域经理和营运点经理,落实索迪斯试点项目(业务流程手册实施)
To back up the Regional Director, Area Manager and Unit Manager in the deployment of the Sodexo Site – Pilot Projects (Business Process Manual Implementation).
- 驻扎试点项目现场,作为项目经理,支持业务流程手册的全面落实
To be based on site where Pilot Projects are to be deployed and act as the Project Manager to support the full implementation of the Business Process Manual.
- 支持现场试点项目的实施,提出建议和意见。提供技术培训,使用报告工具。
To support the implementation of the Pilot Project on site, make recommendations and advice. Provide technical training and deploy reporting tools.
- 定期审核试点项目,发布和监控持续改善计划
To audit the Pilot Project on a regular basis and to issue and monitor continuous improvement plans.
- 关于索迪斯试点项目的落实情况向区域总监报告
To report to the Regional Director about the progress in the Implementation of the Sodexo Pilot Project.
2.职责描述 Duty Statement
- 对区域总监负责,妥善落实试点项目
Be accountable to the Regional Director for the proper implementation of the Pilot Project on site.
- 支持试点项目的启动,通过技术建议和可行性(设备问题、客户方特殊要求、团队组织架构和技能)对落实情况进行监控
Support the launch of the Pilot Project, especially monitor the deployment through technical advice and feasibility on site (Equipment issues client special requests, team organization and skills)
- 从现场团队处收集项目进展及挑战相关的意见,以积极进取的态度向区域总监报告
Gather comments from the Site Team about their progress and difficulties and report to the Regional Director in a sprit of progress.
- 善于发现并产生新想法和建议,改善试点项目
Look for and generate innovation ideas and suggestions to improve the Pilot Project.
- 根据试点项目中发现的漏洞协助专家/项目启动经理/区域经理制定本地作业程序
Assist the Subject Matter Expert/Transition Manager/Area Manager to create Local Operating Procedures according to the gaps identified in the Pilot Project.
- 和试点项目的所有相关方发展良好的关系
Develop good relations with all parties involved in the Pilot Project.
- 以积极主动的方式和营运团队共事,改善服务,削弱和最小化索迪斯及其客户面临的风险
Act to mitigate and minimize risk to Sodexo and its clients by working in a positive and proactive way with the Operations Team to improve Services they provide.
3.主要绩效指标Key Performance Indicator
- 积极参与试点项目会议
Actively participate in Pilot Project Meetings
- 每月向区域总监报告,有效地衡量和报告业务流程手册落实的影响及试点项目的进展
Produce a monthly report to the Regional Director effectively measuring and reporting on the impact of the BPM Implementation and the progress for the Pilot Project.
- 对现场员工的培训给予支持
To support on-going training for site staff.
4.任职需求Qualification Requirements
- 教育/Education:
大学学历或以上/College degree or above
- 经验/Experience:
五年以上相关工作经验/Five years and above of related working experience
- 知识和技能/Knowledge and Technical Skills:
顾客服务方面的管理技能/Managing skills in customer service
至少在下述服务活动中具备其中的一项管理技能:清洁或保安/At least one managing skill in following property service activities: Cleaning or Security
- 资质/Competencies
突出的团队管理技能(员工培训、员工评估和激励能力)/Strong team management skills (staff training, employee appraisal and motivating ability)
突出的沟通&人际交往技能/Strong communication & interpersonal skills
良好的服务意识和团队精神/Good service and team spirit
突出的多项服务团队管理技能/Strong management skills on multi-service teams
分析和汇总能力/Ability to analyze and synthesize
解决问题能力/Problem solving skills
