主要职责：
● 为销售业务人员提供技术支持
● 组织完成研发相关项目的各项目试验示范工作
● 培训一线销售队伍产品知识、植保和作物基础知识
要求
● 5年以上植物保护行业技术支持工作经验
● 农业类 植物保护学专科以上学历
● 能够频繁出差
Position： Technical Support Mgr
Responsbilitis
● To carry out field trials to check the efficacy and make it clear the application knowhow of existing products, also responsible for identifying new market opportunities
● Formulate field demo development plans for all portfolio
● Follow up demo trials conducting
● Draft the application guidelines of each product
● Organize field activities together with Marketing and Sales people.
● Responsible for new product launch
● Provide efficient crop protection training to sales team and customers as well.
Requirements
● Over 5 years technical work experience in agrochemical business or plant protection area.
● Deep understanding of field crops disease amp; pest
● Rich agronomic and agrochemical knowledge
● Deep understanding of agricultural production at the grass-root level
● Good command of English
● Communication and presentation skills
● Computer skill
● Project management skills
