职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Manage all business in SDXX site, especially new purchased product as we have many inquiry of new product.Support all Operation needs, and also backup existing buyer.
2. Assist agreement related establishment for CMs who did not have the agreement yet. Current CMs management including Flextronics, GBM, Beautiful and UDG. Overall outsourced amount is more than 1/3 in SDXX
3. Strengthen cost reduction activities in SDXX site; value engineering related activities, develop new initiatives and 2nd source plan besides quarterly negotiation. In addition, develop cost analysis and explore opportunity of reduction through operation process.
4. Purchased Product Project: Follow up and Coordination with Corporate PM and deliver timely support for business related tasks like Inquiry, Agreement, regular progress, pricing and schedule. Project on going includes Nimbus, Cfast Reader, MP3, Adapter, Aircruzer,... etc.
Outcome
1. Deep drive and involvement for project based activities and more cost analysis when new project ramp. Regular deliver update and progress for project, and build up communication channel with corporate folks.
2. Develop a strong team in SDXX and backup each other as this is sole source now.
3. Looking for any opportunity of process improvement and maintain and support all procurement related data correctly in system or sprocket.
Competencies:
? Bachelor degree or above
? More than 7 yearsprocurement experience in Electronics (SMT Based) industry
? Has exposure in Project management and CM (contract manufacture)management
? Fluent in English communication (oral and written)
? Familiar with Agile, SAP, Excel and PPT is needed.
? Proactive to manage business needs and willing to communicate with people.
? Trouble shooting and problem solving capability.
