Area Sales Supervisor – 山东/深圳/广州/上海

Job Scope :



In charge of the sales of company Products in assigned areas and segments, by project bidding, distribution support and brand promotion in order to achieve the budgeted sales, gross margin and increase market shares.

Major Responsibilities :



Introduce, promote and sell Company Products in the assigned geographical territories by regularly visiting the end users and distributors to maintain good relationship and obtain market information.

Follow-up on projects within assigned geographical territories by co-ordinating and monitoring closely with project process chain, to ensure Company Products are obtained and to achieve sales budget.

Closely work with distributors and lead distributors to implement Company Strategy, develop new distributors upon the company request, and be responsible to train the distributors’ employee.

Ensure timely delivery and good customer service by closely work with OCF, Product Support, After Sales Service and other departments, with the purpose to achieve company goals, personal sales budget and increase market share.

Ensure customer payment is received by monitoring collection within agreed terms to achieve budgeted days outstanding.





Qualifications :



Good experiences on project type sales

Must prove strong interpersonal skills to manage, coach, motivate and supervise distributors

Hard working attitude and be willing for travel

Integrity, reliable, open and communicative
