工作职责：
1、建筑设计院渠道市场推广和渠道的有效开发和维护。
2、产品方案的有效应用。
3、协助开展建筑设计院小型推广会。
应聘要求：
1、工作积极主动，有较强的书面、口头沟通能力，杰出的简报能力；
2、良好的人际关系处理能力及组织协调能力；
3、执行力强，能坚决执行领导指令，组织纪律性强，工作严谨、认真、细致；
4、熟悉建筑设计院、建筑师客户群，有业务推广能力；
5、有3年左右设计院推广经验；
6、熟练使用各种办公软件，包括PPT、Word、Excel等。
Key Process (Ownership/Participation):
？ Establish designers’ and architects’ profile by their division
？ Timely and regularly visit designers and architects to present Company products and project application and organize seminars to extend business opportunities
？ Work with architects, designers, owners and decoration companies to write the specification of Company products to the projects
？ Take an active part in various business activities of the company with team spirit. Timely reflect the feedback and information from market and make reasonable suggestions
？ Provide quality services to our customers and help establish a good reputation and brand image of company

？ Reports to Regional Sales Manager

Education & Work Experience:
？ College degree and above, preferable in Civil Engineering & Construction Engineering
