Duties &
Responsibilities:




Work with the Producing Office, local broker, MAS AE and MAS Superior to deliver excellent policy service to the multinational accounts
Review and ensure compliance with all local regulations
Prepare insurance slip or draft policy according to the global program
Prepare Cover Note for the local entity based on the Producing Office confirmation
Issue booking instruction to process internal policy document processing
Communicate with local broker or local client to issue local policy, provide premium billing and answer their post policy inquiries
Arrange policy issuance with a friendly local company for multinational accounts when required
Follow up outstanding premiums to ensure premium collected in a timely manner
Track and monitor receipt of premium and other outstanding issues for the account, which should be in compliance with the service level agreement and completed within deadline
Report status and escalate issues to the MAS supervisor, and to Producing Office Underwriter when appropriate

Candidate

Specification:

Graduate student or with 1-2 years working experience, major in Insurance, Accounting, English or Technology is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Chinese and English with the ability to present information clearly and concisely
Computer literate, especially Microsoft Office Word, Excel, etc
Self-starter and proactive; able to work independently
