Main Duties:

1. RE Project Management Coordination

a. Work with China Management, support/Coordinate with Global/Regional teams for Space Planning & Lease Transaction activities for China all office facilities;

b. Conduct site surveys as needed, to verify space Facilities status conforms to firm standards, departmental and end-user needs.

c. Project management associated with moves/add/changes, capital improvements and branch office renovations.

d. Directs assigned capital projects and participates in the planning and design of major construction and renovation projects

e. Update and format strategic/management presentations, budgets and project timelines.

2. Facilities Management

a. Responsible for the maintenance and operation of all buildings and plant functions in the country

b. Provides for routine repair and maintenance of buildings, office fit-out works, equipment, security, safety, heating, chilling and other utility distribution systems.

c. Maintains and updates Real Estate property records, to include occupancy and vacancy reporting.

d. Review vendor contracts and process invoices associated to Facilities/Projects Procurement.

e. Ensure Facilities Business Continuity Plans are up to date.

f. Providing environmental, healthy, secure and safety working place for all staff by implementing AIG corporate standards, initiatives and on going improvement.

g. Facilities operation budget preparation and monthly cost management/monitoring;

h. Responsible for the staff development, training and supervision of all departmental personnel and functions.

i. Support China Facilities and Admin Manager for Safety and Security supervision and improvement project management;

3. Supports Regional Facilities Manager and performs other duties as assigned

Candidate

Characteristics:

1. 8 years experience with Real Estate and Facilities Management;
2. Technical background from mechanical and/or electrical;
3. Engineering experience for Space Management;
4. Be familiar with AutoCAD application, MS Project and other regular MS office applications
5. Working experience within MNC;
6. Fluent English in writing and speaking
