Duties & Responsibilities:

a) Work independently on risk analysis, referral write-ups, new business / renewal follow-up for all SME product lines;

b) Responsible for top-line and bottom-line results of designated channel and/or branch;

c) Motivate and monitor channel activities through field office and client visits; ensure all training needs are met via relevant courses and presentations;

d) Explore and maintain key platform / wholesale channel relationship;

e) Prepare relevant reports, such as channel activity reports, campaign tracking reports, etc.

Candidate Specification:

1. Excellent English in both writing and speaking;

2. University Degree and/or professional qualification(s) as a value asset;

3. Minimum 2 - 3 years in P&C sector either in underwriting or broker market

4. Strong potentials in leadership and team management;

5. Rich experience in marketing and proven records of sales management aiming to drive channel and distribution for PC preferred segment production;

6. Ability to communicate effectively and work with different levels of stakeholders within the organization;

7. Proven records of basic knowledge in portfolio analysis;

8. Candid and open-mind in characteristics;
