Duties & Responsibilities:

1) Training, personal development, monthly meetings, appraisals, recruitment, holiday/sickness of the Business Analyst (Super User) team.

2) Manage and track own/Team Members’ in/output and personal performances and maintain manual records (if necessary)

3) Prioritization, allocation, monitoring, scheduling and delivery of all specification work associated with customer and strategic projects requested.

4) If needed, report issues to eBaoTech and coordinate troubleshooting effort between vendors and end users;

5) Log and keep track of reported issues; escalate when needed. Assist to implement work around and resolution;

6) Initiate modifications as required for continuous improvement. Reviews and recommends upgrade to software based on needs of site Management to meet customer expectations;

7) Involve in project activities such explain new functionality designs to customer and obtain approval, meetings with end users and customers to demonstrate new business processes and software functionalities;

8) Lead, participate and co-ordinate efforts to improve and maximize software usability and customer satisfaction. Interface with the end users and vendors in order to maintain system current at all sites;

9) In partnership with the training department, lead the development of cost-effective training tools to allow for continuous learning of all software solutions. Communicate to country Management and users on changes, upgrades or tools to improve the effective use of all software.

10) Manage relationships with senior members of the Consumer community across APAC in respect of new product / configuration requests.

Candidate Requirements:

1.A Bachelor's or College degree in Computer Science or Business;

2.A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a relevant role;

3.Experience in software support, system analysis or business analysis;

4.Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). Mandarin speaking is an advantage.

5.Must be analytical and meticulous.

6.Computer literate and a proficient user of MS Office applications, especially on MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

7.Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.

8.A team player and self-motivated with ability to take initiative.

9.Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline and SLA requirements

10.Ability to lead a team of people and interact with senior stakeholders in the organization.
