Responsibilities:
1. Use standard Microsoft OS installation image to install and reinstall OS
2. Basic analysis and troubleshooting to system incident
3. Follow up standard ITIL incident, problem, configuration, change and release process for daily operation
4. Escalate complex technical issues to higher level engineer
5. Escalate major incident to management team
6. Respond to automated alerts from alarming system
7. Correct problems, using knowledge base and documented procedures
8. Perform routine system administration such as management of disk space resources, access right, patch management, etc.
9. Document hardware and system configurations and maintain change logs
10. Install and configure backup agent for dedicated node
11. Daily check and monitor backup jobs
12. Respond to failed backup jobs and handle it in a proper way
13. Restore data based on requirement

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, IT related major
2. Preferable to have Microsoft certificate MCSE,MCSA
3. Familiar with ITIL process
4. CET-4 or above, excellent reading and written English
5. A basic working experience in a project environment might typically have been acquired in about 0 to 2 years.
6. Master with Microsoft Windows operation system
7. Master with Hardware basic elements, familiar with HP, Dell, IBM, FTS mainframe Server HW module, experience for incident simple trouble-shooting;
8. Familiar with Backup SW installation& configuration, like Veritas, Legato etc.
9. Familiar with network basic elements of client
