职位描述

Responsibilities:
- Product Supply Monitoring and Coordination
1. Report AS figures to Operational Director at the beginning of every month
2. Provide explanations for the difference between AS and actual primary sales to Operational
Director by the end of every month if required.
3. Monthly reporting the rolling Forecast to Atlas-SAP for Animal Health SCM to trigger new
replenishment and updating the forecast to other suppliers when necessary.
4. Submit monthly Lost Sales report to Boxmeer.
5. Weekly checking on the stock level of SPST and three importers' and pending situation to see if
MOH decreases to the ordering level for each product, then input the newly generated order into
Atlas-SAP after General Manager's approval.
9. Prepare PS figures for the required period of time based on MOH, forecast and lead time for
each product.
10.Provide month-end forecast accuracy figure to management and respective BU heads for
their reviewing of the difference between BU's forecast and actual sales.
11. Answer questions relate to supply from GSCM, the Q and planners from the production sites.
12.Attend tele-conference with regional supply chain manager and RA dept. for the monthly
review.
- Collaboration with RA China and Boxmeer, the Q of different sites and importers on
registration, CoA ,VWA and packaging issues happen during the supply process.
- In-market supply consultation
1. To inform the management and respective BU Heads when a delayed order presumably would
cause an short supply to domestic customers.
2. Answer the questions from sales teams when it comes to the short supply or overstock.
3. Discuss with respective BU heads monthly about forecast & actual sales to see if it's necessary
to adjust the forecast.
4. Answering the questions from customers when it comes to the short supply.
- To provide secretarial services to GM of Animal Health
1. Dot line report to GM of animal health
2. Undertake duties to support General Manager of Animal Health consistently, including arrangement of internal & external meetings, travel scheduling, compliance with appointments (maintenance of an appointment diary) and handling of confidential matters.
3. Prepare management reports and presentations. Provide administrative support for Animal Health Employee Relations, special events & anniversaries etc.
4. Responsible for the general administration of Animal Health business including maintenance of central filing systems and adequate office supply inventory.


Requirements:
1.At Least bachelor degree
2.At Least 3-5 years related working experience
3.Team Player with strong communication, analytical skills
4.Strong presentation and organizational skills
5.Work very proactively, independently, efficiency;
6.Excellent in English and MS office (especially in excel & PPT);
7.Good sense of financial knowledge is a plus.
